Adds a Personal heatmap raster overlay to the map layer switcher, sourced from the trail-analyze heatmap tiles (trail-analyze.ziefle.org/heatmap/{z}/{x}/{y}.png, z8-14, CORS-enabled), at 0.7 opacity. Registered in defaultMapState.overlays; en/fr/de labels added.

First step of M3 (bring our tiles into Wanderer's map). Deployed via the deploy integration branch. svelte-check clean; unit tests green.
